I first contacted Judge Bellamak approximately eight months prior to actually listing our home. We exchanged a few emails and right off the bat, I found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to share his expertise. He provided me with an informative perspective of the Phoenix real estate market, in general, and my area, in particular. I later learned that “my area” was also “his area” and that we lived in fairly close proximity.

At the time of my initial contact, my wife and I were only thinking about possibly selling. We had no specific time parameter in mind. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision about listing our home. From our first email exchange, all conversations with Judge or Traci had the tone and tenor of conversing with a good friend, it was truly that comfortable.

Over the next several months, I periodically reached out to Judge to obtain his updated perception and assessment of the local real estate market and to keep in touch. A month or so later, my wife and I decided to sell. I notified Judge and shortly thereafter, The Bellamaks came to our home. We walked through the house and then sat and talked. Both Judge and Traci are very personable and both extremely knowledgeable. We spoke for a considerable period of time, which was thoroughly enjoyable and wonderfully informative.

We then made the decision to list our home with them and it is a decision we have never once regretted. The entire experience from Day One far exceeded anything we could have imagined.

In fact, from our first walk-through, Judge’s knowledge of house systems (plumbing, roofing, heating/cooling, etc.) and structural components was beyond impressive. He was able to assess various systems and components and offer suggestions that proved to be invaluable once we listed the house and ultimately, when a buyer had the house inspected. Having retained other realtors throughout the years, I have never encountered any individual who brought with them this additional level of expertise, as did Judge Bellamak.

Communication between us was ongoing from the beginning, through to the sale and closing of the house. Whether in person, by text, email or phone call, Judge and/or Traci were always available, always friendly, always helpful, calm and thoughtful. In a process that inevitably has emotional highs and lows, The Bellamaks were consistently good-natured, professional and positive in their outlook. Working with them was a wonderful experience. If we had another house to sell, we would list it with them today, it was truly that positive an experience.

We had numerous conversations throughout the various stages: Listing, showing, offers, counter-offers, and ultimately acceptance. Beyond that, Judge and Traci’s expertise helped us navigate the rarely enjoyable home-inspection process and they were extremely helpful assisting us in deciphering the resulting inspection report.

At all times, my wife and I felt that we were one half of an extraordinary team with The Bellamaks. With their collective expertise, we never felt vulnerable or out of our comfort zone. We always felt protected and that Judge and Traci had our best interests, first and foremost. The advice, recommendations and suggestions received from The Bellamaks were outstanding and without question, facilitated the entire negotiation process, culminating in the sale of our home at a price that made us very happy.

Now that the sale has concluded, we plan to keep in touch periodically with Judge and Traci. They are both very sincere, caring individuals, with a delightful sense of humor, who actually engage in meaningful conversation which consists of both speaking and listening. Throughout the time they represented us, we always felt that we were heard, and our feelings and opinions were always welcome. At no time were we ever asked to do or accept anything we weren’t comfortable doing or accepting.

In short — probably too late for that — we thoroughly enjoyed working with The Bellamaks and it has been our pleasure to recommend them to our friends and colleagues. It was a superb experience, with an outstanding result — thanks entirely to Judge and Traci Bellamak.
