We’ll set you up on our Custom Portal Search so you will receive current MLS inventory (unlike national websites) and you can modify your search criteria from your computer or other devices.

There are many mortgage options to consider and a strong lender is critical to our success. We’ll verify your options, make sure you’re Pre-Qualified and that your lender is ready.
PREVIEW PROPERTIES
Your time is valuable. We will preview potential homes before we show them to you so we can eliminate properties with hidden negatives. This includes our analysis of the many “investor flipped” properties on the market. We know where to look for substandard conditions that may exist in many of the remodeled homes in the Valley.
PROVIDE AREA STATISTICS
We’ll provide you with current information regarding the ratings and offerings of area schools, public events and pertinent statistics for the areas you are searching.

Negotiating the best price depends on many factors; like the condition of the home, the current market, recent area sales and time on the market. We’ll discuss the facts with you and put together the best strategy for success.
ANALYZE THE INSPECTION REPORT
We use a trusted home inspector and we attend the inspection to see the conditions they find. We’ll explain the problem areas outlined in the report and negotiate the needed repairs. We’ll also verify that the repairs are completed so you can be confident in your home purchase.
FOLLOW THROUGH
We’ll guide you through to the finish. We manage the repairs, appraisal, escrow documents, loan process, walkthrough, escrow signing, closing and your move. We also have good reliable companies to refer to you for any improvements you want to make on the home after it closes.
